In order to provide continuity and consistency throughout the community, all property improvements (construction additions, outbuildings, landscape plantings, fence/wall installations) are subject to prior approval by the River District Architectural Control Committee. Please fill out the Architectural Control Committee Change Request Form and submit it along with a site plan, samples, color swatches, diagrams, specific planting material, pictures, and all other relevant information for your request. The submittal must be 100% complete to be accepted for review.

- Log into your owner portal and attach the submittal. You can use the "Login" link on the top menu bar.
Generally, the River District Architectural Control Committee will facilitate the review process within 35 business days once an acceptable plan package is received. A written approval or denial will be sent via the portal. Please review all the conditions prior to start of the project.
